Saventic Health

Our mission is to support all market stakeholders in diagnosing patients with rare diseases for clinical trials, treatment or patients’ monitoring. Developed algorithms, that analyse EHRs, are implemented on our platforms: (i) Saventic Med Platform – for medical clinics and physicians, (ii) Saventic Care Platform – for patients. We seek to identify patients with rare diseases in just 3-6 months instead of 5-6 years (currently a status quo). Thanks to the use of AI and NLP tools, we provide medical clinics a list of patients with the highest risk of a specific disease or we directly support patients through the whole process of diagnosis. To date, we built a database of over 8m patients, partnering with 25 hospitals in Poland, Germany, Brazil and Canada, developing +50 algorithms. Algorithms are commercialized among 4 groups: metabolic, blood & bone marrow, immune system, cardiology. In 2023, we had 12 contracts with pharma sector and raised to date 3mEUR.
