AQUA-OSUK Enterprises Limited is an agribusiness startup in Nigeria with the soul of a social enterprise that integrates regenerative agriculture into oil palm production to reverse deforestation and biodiversity loss. We sell oil palm seedlings and palm oil products. Our primary market is the smallholder oil palm farmers and palm oil consumers in Nigeria. The “world’s most traded edible oil” label refers to palm oil. Its cost-effectiveness, high productivity, and numerous uses in producing food, energy, and other industrial and commercial products explain this. We promote regenerative agriculture in oil palm production via Circular Economy, Oil palm Agroforestry Systems, and Fertilizer Drawn Forward Osmosis (FDFO). This strategy makes our business model a closed-loop system of zero waste where waste from our oil palm production is reused as inputs.
